Before diving into the conference, please take a moment to review this important information to make the most of your experience on the virtual platform.
First to utilize the full possibilities of the virtual platform, you must be signed in with your ACS ID. If you do not remember your ACS ID, please contact ACS Member Services by email service@acs.org or phone at 800-333-9511 (US only) or 614-447-3776 (outside the US). Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
Second, to display the meeting events in your current time zone use the Preferred Time Zone converter, located directly above the agenda/sessions.
Third, all events are live and are not available on-demand and for the preferred time zone selection to be saved you must be logged-in to the system. If you are not signed in to the virtual platform you will have limited capabilities, you will only be able to view the full schedule, you will not be able to network with other attendees nor join the digital meetings.
Fourth, we encourage you to visit the My Itinerary page to customize your itinerary by adding sessions and events you want to attend. You must be logged in to the platform to create your personalized itinerary. During the meeting, you can use your itinerary for easy access to your pre-selected sessions, with the ability to launch sessions. If you do not see the Attend Session button that means you are either not logged in or not registered for the conference.
