Ms Bidisha Bhatt Student

My name is Bidisha Bhatt and I am a graduate student (Ph.D) at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. I am Currently (2017-now) working with Prof. Krishnacharya Khare in the field of Soft Matter Physics. My research mainly focused on Dewetting of the lubricating film underneath the Aqueous Drop on slippery surfaces in the presence of external parameters. I have passed National Eligibility Test (NET-2017), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE-2017, 2018), and Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST-2017). I did my Master's (2015) and Bachelor's (2013) from Kumaun University Nainital, Uttarakhand, India. I can operate various laboratory instruments such as Contact Angle Goniometer, Optical upright Microscope, Optical Inverted Microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope, Spin Coater, Dip Coater, and Plasma Cleaner along with basic instruments. Also, hand on experience on Mathematica, image analysis software ImageJ, Origin, and Coral draw.
