Dr. Daxin Liang

Daxin Liang is an Associate Professor in Materials Chemistry and recipient of Heilongjiang Excellent Youth Science Foundation. He serves as Editor Board Member of Carbon Capture Science & Technology (CCST) and senior member of International Association for Carbon Capture (IACC). After obtaining an PhD Degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Jilin University in 2012, he started to work at College of Materials Science and Engineering, Northeast Forestry University. Daxin's current research interests are based on the creation of biomass-nano interface, and its applications in the fields of water treatment, high value ion extraction and smart wood composites. Daxin has published over 50 SCI indexed papers and delivered over 10 presentations in conferences such as ACS National Meeting, Annual Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference (GC&E), International Conference on Materials for Advanced Technologies (ICMAT) and SWST International Convention.
