Sharmin Akther Rupa

Sharmin Akther Rupa received B.Sc (hons.) and M.Sc in Chemistry from Comilla University, Comilla-3506, Bangladesh. She is also an incoming PhD student at University of Houston, Texas, USA. Now, she is working as a Lecturer in the department of chemistry at Comilla University, Bangladesh. She is also a researcher at Red-Green Computing Center, Bangladesh and currently working on 'design of anti-microbial peptide for COV-19 mainprotease both by theoretical and experimental approaches'. Her interests focus on computational drug design, ligand design and synthesis for self-assembly, design of hydrazone based chemosensor and in vitro antimicrobial activities of molecules.
