Yareli Carcamo

Yareli is a Research Assistant at the Department of Nanomedicine at Houston Methodist Research Institute. She received her BS Chemistry and BS Biology degrees from the University of Houston-Downtown and is currently pursuing a MS in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Florida. In Carly Filgueira's lab, she works with small and large animal models with hopes of being able to one day successfully translate nanotechnology for human use.
