Dr. Li-Lin Tay

Li-Lin Tay is a research officer at the Metrology Research Centre, National Research Council Canada. Her work is focused on the development of plasmonic nanostructures for sensing applications. She is also interested in the development of Raman metrology and standardization of Surface Enhanced Raman scattering measurement technique.
