Meeting Badge 

You will need identification such as a State ID, State License or Passport in order to obtain your meeting badge. For Spring 2026, registration and badge pick up will be primarily offered at the Georgia World Congress Center.

 All attendees and presenters are required to wear their badge at all official meeting events, including technical and poster sessions.

Georgia World Congress Center, A/B Registration Hall

Hours of Operation:

  • Saturday, March 21: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday, March 22: 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Monday, March 23: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday, March 24: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 25: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday, March 26: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM

ACS Governance Only Badge Pick-up

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

Badge pick-up for Governance Attendees will begin at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park starting on Friday, March 20 at 1:00 PM.

Hours of Operation:

  • Friday, March 20: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday, March 21: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday, March 22: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Poster Badge Pick-up

Georgia World Congress Center, Exhibit Hall B3- B4 Foyer

Badge pickup will be available near the poster sessions beginning on Sunday, March 22 at 6:00 PM.

Hours of Operation:

  • Sunday, March 22: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Monday, March 23: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Sci-Mix)
  • Tuesday, March 24: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 25: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Badge Replacement

If you misplace your badge and need a replacement, please go to Attendee Registration (Georgia World Congress Center, A/B Registration Hall).

Badge replacement fees:

  • First replacement: free
  • Second: $25
  • Third: $50
  • Fourth & beyond: $100 each occurrence
