Meeting Badge

You will need identification such as a State ID, State License or Passport in order to obtain your meeting badge.

All attendees and presenters are required to wear their badge at all official meeting events, including technical and poster sessions.

Badge Replacement

If you misplace your badge and need a replacement, please go to Attendee Registration (San Diego Convention Center, Lobby D).

Badge replacement fees:

First replacement: free
Second: $25
Third: $50
Fourth & beyond: $100 each occurrence

Payment accepted via credit card only.

Smart Tags

ACS Meetings & Events is excited to partner with Crowd Connected to introduce smart tags with your badge at ACS Spring 2025!

•These tags offer an easy and convenient way to attend sessions and events without the need to scan your badge.

•They are active during the event, only track session attendance via beacons in the Convention Center and the Marriott Marquis.

•Smart tags are only linked to your unique badge number. Smart tags do not track movement, do not have a GPS element, and are completely inactive outside of the event areas.

•Enjoy a seamless and hassle-free experience with the addition of the new Crowd Connected smart tags at ACS Spring 2025!
