Remove And Reclaim Phosphorous from Wastewater with Engineered Biochar: Method And Application, University of Florida

Yulin (Patrick) Zheng received his B.S. degree in Bioresource Science and Engineering at University of Washington, Seattle in 2016 and M.S. degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from University of Florida in 2018. In the same year, he accepted the graduate school fellowship to continue this Ph.D. degree in University of Florida (UF). Currently, he is enrolled as a Ph.D. candidate majoring in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at UF.

His research focuses on developing low-cost materials and value-added products to ensure the sustainability of agriculture, environment and natural resources. He has achieved 20 referred publications (4 lead author publications and 1 book chapter) related to his research. His academic achievements were recognized as reviewers for peer reviewed journals and many association scholarships.
