Xu Simon PhD, MBA

Xu Simon earned PhD in biophysical chemistry and molecular structure from MIT in 2008. After her postdoc, she served for two years as an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Science and Technology Policy Fellow in the US Department of State's diplomatic anti-chemical-weapons program office. She obtained her MBA from Bentley University in 2015 and has since worked her way from technical to high-level executive positions in two startup companies. She currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Enozo Technologies in Andover, MA and speaks and consults on finding resonance between executive and technical priorities in STEM-based industries.
