Dr. Xi Xie

I earned a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and a Ph.D. in engineering materials after the 7-years of study and research at Louisiana Tech University. During these years, I strengthened my engineering background, complemented the knowledge related to infrastructure management, and conducted research on polymer synthesis and concrete enhancement. Furthermore, I obtained solid teaching experience when I guided students to operate instruments, batch concrete samples, and conduct chemistry labs. I have good relationships with my research teammates and assisted them in achieving experimental goals on reinforced concrete.
