William O'Sullivan is a Data Scientist at Creme Global based out of Dublin, Ireland who leverages a background in High Performance Computing and Machine Learning to process, analyze and build models from data at scale. Having started out as an astrophysicist enamored with supermassive stars, he pivoted on his computing skills to start making a day-to-day impact back here on Earth through the development of models that are fundamental to food safety across multiple points in the food supply chain. William built upon strengths derived from a BA in Physics and Astrophysics from Trinity College Dublin with an MSc. in High Performance Computing at the same alma mater, where he simultaneously began developing his expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Taking analytical, mathematical and technical skills to position himself as a highly flexible problem-solver, William works directly with a host of international customers on complex commercial challenges in a multi-disciplinary setting, to develop and deliver powerful tools that address complex questions.
