Srivatsan Ramesh

Srivatsan Ramesh is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Chemical Engineering at North Carolina State University. He received his B.E.(Hons.) in Chemical Engineering at BITS Pilani, India (2015) and M.S. in Chemical Engineering at North Carolina State University (2019). Prior to joining NC State University in 2017, he was a process technologist in the downstream petrochemicals business of Royal Dutch Shell. The first half of his doctoral work has focused on developing multi-responsive microgel systems to fabricate smart fabrics and drug delivery systems. His other research interests include the development of biosensors for protein purification and process development for gene therapy products.
