Dr. Spyridon Pavlidis

Assistant Professor, North Carolina State University

Dr. Spyridon Pavlidis is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University. Prior to joining to NCSU, he was a post-doctoral scholar in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech, and his M.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London. His research interests center around the development of semiconductor devices using novel materials for sensing, high-frequency and power applications.
