Professor Sofia I. Pascu FRSC

Sofia Pascu (SP) is  Professor of Bioinorganic and Materials Chemistry at the University of Bath, UK. She leads an interdisciplinary research group that focuses on the development and applications of experimental techniques to assemble and probe functional materials for biosensing, molecular imaging of living cells, and drug delivery. She is a researcher in residence at the Research Complex at Harwell, Oxon, and an academic visitor at the University of Oxford, Chemistry Research Laboratory. Her research group has been independently funded by Royal Society, UKRI and ERC projects since October 2005.
