Simone Ciampi is an Australian Research Council Future fellow at the Department of Chemistry, Curtin University (Perth, Australia). He joined Curtin in 2016, following posts at the University of Wollongong (2013-16) and UNSW (2010-13) where he worked on on aspects of heterogeneous catalysis and photo-electrochemistry of semiconductors. He is graduate of UNSW (PhD, electrochemistry) and Modena University (Alma mater, biotechnology). His current research interests include multiphase electrochemistry, redox microscopy, molecular electronics, and electrostatic catalysis of reactions,
