Dr. Saxena is currently a postdoctoral researcher with the new Institute for Water Resources Science and Technology (IWRST) at Texas A&M University - San Antonio. He specializes in water and sanitation technologies and has designed and field-tested a novel decentralized toilet termed as, Eco-Vapor toilets targeted to urban slum households. Dr. Saxena graduated with a Ph.D. and Masters degree from University of Delaware in Civil Engineering.
