Currently a 3rd-year graduate student at the University of South Carolina (UofSC). My research at Greytak's Lab, UofSC is focused on synthesis, characterization, and post-synthetic modifications of colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals (quantum dots). Specifically, my projects involve synthesis and post-synthetic purification of perovskite nanocrystals, the design of different surface chemistry analyses, and the study of ion exchange in perovskite nanocrystals. More generally, my research encompasses fabrication and design of nano and microelectronics, and the use of various microscopy and spectroscopy studies to understand and characterize energy transfer and charge transport in nanocrystals for performance and efficiency enhancement.
