Dr. Ramesh obtained his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Madars, India. After a two year post doctoral stint at the molecular biophysics unit in Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India, he joined the pharmaceutical industry in India.
He has spent more than 17 years in leadership positions in computer aided drug design and in the process has contributed to more than 25 active drug discovery programs at Aurigene and Syngene. He is a co-inventor on more than thirty patents as of now.
Last year he founded thinkMolecular Technologies Pvt. Ltd, an AI/ML augmented drug discovery company at Bengaluru which is working with several biotech companies and academic groups to further drug discovery.
