My name is Mohammad Mohiminul Islam. Currently, I'm a Ph.D. candidate (dissertator status) in the department of chemistry & biochemistry, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA.
My major areas of research: Analytical chemistry, mass spectrometry, pharmacokinetics, pre-clinical drug development, and tumor biology.
My instrumental skills: UV-Vis, FTIR, LC-MS (Q, QQQ, IT-TOF), ICP-MS, GC-MS, MALDI-MS, Fluorescence microscope.
Other skills: Cell culture, western blotting, in-vitro biochemical assays, and Molecular Docking.
I have also worked for Eurofins SF Analytical Laboratories as part of an industry-academia collaborative program. Eurofins, headquartered in Luxembourg, is an international group of laboratories with over 800 laboratories around the world. My job was to provide my expertise in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (Q, QQQ, IT-TOF) to characterize small molecules.
