Dr. Harris's laboratory studies enzyme specificity, catalysis, and inhibition. He trained with Dr. Stephen Hajduk at UAB as a graduate student and pursued a postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. Norman Pace at Indiana University. Dr. Harris began as an Assistant Prof. at CWRU School of Medicine in 1996 and relocated to the Dept. of Chemistry at University of Florida in 2017.
