Mei Han

Mei Han is a Principal Scientist in PKDM department at Amgen South San Francisco. Her responsibility includes lead large molecule ADME team, Project Team Representative, people manager, train and coach junior scientists. Mei has worked in different functional areas across Amgen. Her experience includes chromatographic, electrophoresis and MS method development, method transfer, protein purification and involved in IND and BLA filing. She implemented CE techniques, developed IA-CE-MS intact mass analysis workflow to support pipeline projects biotransformation study for biotherapeutics vitro/ in vivo samples as well as other characterization needs. She also involved in Beckman's CE-SDS Analysis Kit development, provided inputs for multiple CE instrument development such as PA800 Plus, iCE280, CE Infinite, working with MS company for software improvement as well as new applications. She serves as a CE Pharm Committee member and Associate Director for CASSS since 2017.
