Maurin Cornuz
Coffee Scientist, Mane SEA Pte Ltd
Maurin studied chemistry at the Swiss Technical Institute of Technology in Lausanne and obtain his PhD in Solar Photoelectrochemistry from the same university in 2013.
He then turned his attention to coffee science and joined the flavour and fragrance industry in 2016 as Coffee Scientist for the strategic development centre of French-based V. Mane Fils in Singapore.
He has been dedicating his time developing new tools for flavour scientists as well as guiding several coffee flavour science research projects.
