Sir Mark Woollam

Mark Woollam is currently a fourth year PhD Candidate with a focus in bioanalytical chemistry at Indiana University-Purdue University. His primary research interest is utilizing analytical chemistry to identify volatile biomarkers of disease in noninvasive biofluids and developing novel analytical methods to enhance the detection of them. Woollam obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2017. At Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he studied computational chemistry focusing on building density functional theory-based predictive models for more accurate characterization of small molecules.
