Mr. M J Loboda

Mark Loboda received B.Sc./M.Sc. degrees in Applied Physics in 1983/1985, respectively. Mark's career includes over 35 years of experience as a Chief Scientist and Program Leader in roles traversing the electronics supply chain: Digital and RF circuit design and testing, digital, analog and power semiconductor devices, thin film technology for high volume solid state device fabrication and semiconductor materials science technology.  While working in the defense electronics and semiconductor businesses, Mark gained first-hand experience in the creation and supply of products requiring very high purity, quality and reliability. Mark has been previously employed by Raytheon, Siltronic Corporation, and Dow Corning Corporation.

Over his career Mark as published over 100 journal articles and as an inventor was awarded over 30 patents (h-index=22; g-index= 40). Products developed from the inventions have achieved commercial impact in memory devices, high speed microprocessors/ASICs and wide bad gap power semiconductor devices.
