I am a chemist with over 23 years of experience in organic chemistry, After I Graduated from Beijing medical university as bachelor, I had been worked in Asychem for 6 years then I joined Pharmaron in 2005. I am an executive director of synthetic chemistry, leading about 70 chemists in SC department. I received the Special Achievement Award from MSD in 2017. We focused on the route scouting, quick optimization and process chemistry development at early stage of CMC.
