Kyle Colston is a 4th year PhD student at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis under the mentorship of Dr. Partha Basu. He has worked on synthesizing and characterizing Mo, Cu, Fe, and Co metallodithiolene complexes utilizing fully oxidized dithione ligands. He has also done extensive work to describe the electronic structures of these systems and gain a better understanding of their charge transfer properties.
