Khalid Alhazmi

Khalid Alhazmi is a chemical engineering Ph.D. researcher at KAUST. He received his B.Sc. in chemical engineering in 2015 from the University of Texas at Austin and his M.Sc. in 2020 from KAUST. From 2016 to 2018, Khalid worked as a process engineer at SABIC Technology Center in Saudi Arabia where he solved various chemical plant optimization problems. His current research interest is the design of real-time decision systems capable of autonomously controlling and optimizing highly nonlinear systems.
