Judit Beagle is an assistant professor at the University of Dayton. She received her Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Florida under the supervision of Prof Alan R. Katritzky. Dr. Beagle's research interest is in nitrogen containing heterocycle synthesis with application in pharmaceuticals, materials, and green chemistry. She is also involved in chemical education innovation. She authored a guide on best practices for using iClickers in the organic chemistry classroom. Her most recent publication is a workbook for organic chemistry, which provides a guide to students to master the basic principals of organic chemistry.
