I received my Ph.D. from Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2013, under supervision of Prof. Weiliang Zhu. Then, I spent 2 years on postdoctoral training under supervision of Prof. Kaixian Chen. After that, I joined Prof. Zhu's group as a research scientist during 2015 to 2018. I have joined University of Kansas as a postdoc since 2018.
My recent research mainly focuses on exploring the GPCR-G protein and protein-peptide interactions. We have clarified the selectivity of G protein in adenosine receptors by Gaussian accelerated molecular dynamic (GaMD) simulations. We developed a promising approach Pep-GaMD and PeptiDock+GaMD for exploring peptide-protein interactions.
