Jin Qian
associate professor and Ph.D supervisor, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Northwestern Polytechnical University
Dr. Jin Qian is currently an associate professor and Ph.D supervisor in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China. He got his PhD degree in Environmental Engineering in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Supervisor: Chair Professor Guang-Hao Chen) and bachelor degree in Biological Science in Sichuan University, respectively. His research interests mainly include advanced oxidation process for non-biodegradable pollutant degradation, sulfur cycle-driven biological wastewater treatment (WWT), anerobic sludge digestion and granulation in WWT and sulfur conversion-associated heavy metal removal. So far, he has published more than 30 academic papers in Water Research, Chemical Engineering Journal, etc.
