Jiajing Chen is an associate professor in National Key Laboratory for Germplasm Innovation and Utilization for Fruit and Vegetable Horticultural Crops, Huazhong Agricultural University. The main fields are citrus quality biology and regulation, and sensory evaluation of horticultural products and consumer experience.
