Dr. Jia Li

associate professor, Tea Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Dr. Jia Li received her PhD degree in Chinese academy of Sciences in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, she was awarded a "Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship" and did her research work in Universitaet Tuebingen, Germany. Her current research interest is mainly focused on the methods development of metabolomics/lipidomics and real-time analysis of volatiles, and their applications in tea flavor chemistry, tea processing and quality monitoring. She has contributed about 40 research articles, including seventeen as first author or corresponding author, published on international peer reviewed journals such as Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry.
