Jaime J Jurado

Jaime has been in beer and beverage production since he completed his brewing studies in Bavaria as a Praktikant (Apprentice) in 1983. His undergraduate degree is in chemical engineering, and his M.Sc. is in electrical engineering. Additionally Jaime  studied and researched in medical engineering for three years and although he successfully passed his examination from Provisional to D. Phil candidate at Oxford University, he left his research for an opportunity in international brewing that took him to India and to Argentina. He has spent his career in technical beverage production and packaging operations. He has served as Chair of the San Antonio ACS section, and has presented his work at past ACS and AIChE (and many other) technical conferences. His employer produces novel 'flavored malt beverages'.
