Dr. Jacyr Quadros Jr. a Chemical Engineer from the University of São Paulo (1988), with post-graduate studies in business and economics at FGV (1998), and a Ph.D. from the University of S. Paulo (2015). He has worked for ExxonMobil for 18 years, with four years of experience in marketing, sales, and technology of plasticizers. He is a partner and co-founder of Nexoleum Bioderivados S. A., a bio-based plasticizers producer. He is currently the C.E.O. of Innoleics and key technology developer. He holds two international patents for renewable PVC plasticizers that have been commercially successful and various technical and marketing publications in the segment.
