Dr. Inthawoot Suppavorasatit is currently work as an associate professor at Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. After he graduated from the University of Illinois, he have been working on flavor chemistry and analysis, protein chemistry, and flavor-protein interactions.
