Ingrid Calvez

Ingrid Calvez is French. She is currently doing a PhD student in wood sciences at Laval University in Quebec, Canada. She is part of the NSERC-Canlak Industrial Research Chair in Interior Wood Product Finishing. Her subject is dealing with gloss modification strategies for photo-polymerizable coatings. Ingrid completed her entire formation in chemical and formulation engineering in France. During her last year of study, Ingrid worked for the creation of cosmetic ingredients in Novéal, company of L'Oréal group in Paris. Wishing to open her expertise in a different field of formulation, Ingrid chose to join the field of coatings. She always works with the aim of making the use of the products as pleasant as possible for the users and the environment.
