Haydee E Romero

I am an Industrial Chemist and a Master's degree in Food Sciences from the Veracruzana University (UV) and a Ph.D. in Food Sciences from the National School of Biological Sciences (ENCB) of the National Polytechnic Institute. I have carried out academic research stays at the Institute of Chemical and Biological Technology (ITQB) of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal, and at the Center for Research in Food and Development in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. Besides, I am a research professor at the Higher Technological Institute of Xalapa. And I belong to the National System of Researchers of Mexico as a National Researcher level C.
