Gary DeBoer is a PhD physical chemist and registered USPTO patent agent. He teaches chemistry and patent law at LeTourneau University. Dr. DeBoer also directs the LeTourneau Ingenuity Center (LIC) with a goal of renewing faith in ingenuity.
