Eupidio Scopel

Eupidio Scopel is a Ph.D. student in Chemistry at the University of Campinas (Brazil) and has Master's and bachelor's degrees in chemistry with an emphasis in Physical Chemistry. His research is mainly focused on lignocellulosic biomass fractionation, its conversion into biobased products, such as lignin and cellulose nanoparticles, and the application of these structures into hydrogels and fibers. Currently, he is a visiting research student at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada).
