Elbert Caravaca

Elbert Caravaca is the Gun Propulsion Chief Scientist at US Army DEVCOM-AC, Picatinny. He has 23 years of experience in gun propulsion from R&D through to production of propulsion components in US Army weapons systems. He has a bachelors in chemical engineering, a masters in engineering management and currently pursuing his PhD in Material Science through New jersey Institute of Technology.
