I obtained the Exemplary Student prize during my undergraduate studies. My BSc in Microbiology was accomplished with excellent grades and I obtained top mark for bachelor thesis. Through a scholarship, I studied my MSc in Microbiology about bio-synthesis of nanoparticles. Consequently, I was qualified for a nanotechnologist position at German University in Cairo (GUC) then joined Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute. Now, I am studying for PhD at UCL in the field of synthesis and characterisation of nanomaterials for wastewater treatment.
