Devanjith Ganepola

Devanjith Ganepola is a recent graduate from McMaster University in 2020 where he received his B.Sc (Honours) in Chemical Biology. The scope of his undergraduate thesis involved functionalizing graphite-based chemiresistive sensors for nitrate ion detection in aqueous media. Pursuing his passion for chemistry and its application in a medical setting, he chose to continue as a Masters candidate in the Medical Sciences Program at McMaster University where he is currently adapting existing GC-MS methods to APGC-MS to determine inborn errors in metabolism of newborn patients.
