Daniel Reker is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Duke University's Department of Biomedical Engineering. Daniel holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from TU Darmstadt and a MSc degree in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from ETH Zurich. He completed his PhD at the Pharmaceutical Science Department of ETH Zurich with Professor Gisbert Schneider and his postdoctoral studies at the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT with Professor Robert Langer. His research is focused on developing and validating machine learning approaches in the context of drug discovery, development, and delivery.
