Dr. Daniel Daly

Dan Daly has been involved with entrepreneurship for several decades. His professional career started as a research chemist at Texaco where he was heavily involved in the commercialization of System 3 and New and Improved System 3. He worked at Lubrizol, a petroleum additive company, as a strategic technology manager for the fuels group. His responsibilities evolved into leading a group exploring technologies outside of the company, which brought him to the University of Alabama. At UA he severed as Director of both Tech Transfer and The Alabama Innovation and Mentoring of Entrepreneurs. Currently, he is engaged in consulting start-up companies on means to get non-dilutive funding.
