Dr. Chunpeng Yang

Chunpeng Yang joined Tianjin University in China as a professor in 2021. He received his B.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China in 2011 and Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016. He conducted postdoctoral research in Prof. Liangbing Hu's group in the University of Maryland at College Park in 2016-2021. His research focuses on clean and efficient energy-storage materials (lithium metal batteries, solid-state batteries, etc.), biomaterials for sustainable energy storage, and ultrafast synthesis of energy-related nanomaterials. His work has been published in Nature, Nat. Commun., Science Advances, PNAS, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., Advanced Science, etc.
