Christopher A Reiher

I graduated from Penn State University in 2011, obtaining my B.S. in chemistry with honors and carrying out undergraduate research under the supervision of Prof. Raymond L. Funk. I went on to obtain my PhD (2012-2017) under the supervision of Prof. Ryan Shenvi at the Scripps Research Institute, focusing on the chemical synthesis of the kalihinols, complex members of the isocyanoterpene class of secondary metabolites. I moved on to a career in industry, first at GSK working in the process chemistry group (2017-2020), then moving to the parallel medicinal chemistry group at Janssen (2020-current).
