Audrey Moores is a Professor of Chemistry and Tier II Canada Research Chair in Green Chemistry (2007-17) at McGill University. She serves as a member of the advisory board of the Green Chemistry Institute since 2018. She is also one of the co-leads of the McGill Sustainable Systems Initiative (MSSI). She received several awards including the McGill Faculty of Science Fessenden Professorship (2019), a membership to the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference (2020), membership to the College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists of the Royal Society of Canada (2020) and the 2021 Canadian Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Award for Green Chemistry. She leads a research program aimed at the design of sustainable nanocatalysts for important, industry-relevant processes and the fabrication of functional nanomaterials in the solid-phase for reduced energy and material footprint.
