Atrayee Sarkar

I am a 4th-year physics Ph.D. student working on theoretical and computational biophysics. My projects involve computer simulation and analysis of protein-protein interactions, protein complex assemblies in dilute and crowded conditions inside cells, and mathematical modeling and simulations of centrality measures in randomized and biological gene regulatory networks. I am actively seeking internship/ co-op/full-time industry positions.
