Please place this session on thursday Developing molecular insight into how the structure of electrified interfaces controls activity and selectivity in electrocatalysis is crucial for rationally designing systems for energy storage and sustainable chemical production. This symposium will focus on the current progress in utilizing electrochemical kinetics and in-situ techniques to enable fundamental insight into the correlation between interfacial structure and electrocatalytic performance. Topics include but are not limited to: 1) Fundamental kinetic studies of electrocatalyst function 2) In-situ studies of electrocatalysis 3) Interfacial structure and its impact on electrocatalytic reactivity
